World quality day

Quality is one of the decisive factors for ensuring a high standard of living, health and longevity. Product quality occupies an important place in the economic policy of the country. "Kazakhstan means quality" - this is the goal, which should become a national idea, consolidating the efforts of the state and manufacturers and contributing to the improvement of the image of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the world community.

In 2019, World Quality Week falls on November 11-17, with Quality Day on November 14. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, this day began to be celebrated with the publication of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 9, 2006 No. 194 on the annual competition for the award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Altyn Sapa" and the republican competition - the exhibition "The Best Goods of Kazakhstan". These competitions in the field of quality are held in order to support domestic commodity producers, to promote the filling of the domestic market with high-quality and competitive goods.
