SOLER FLOW 150
SOLER FLOW 150 gas flow meters are designed for automatic continuous measurement of flow velocity and determination of volumetric flow rate of various gases and their mixtures in pipelines and gas ducts, automatic control systems, regulation and control of technological processes in various industries.
Gas flow meters are stationary continuous-action measuring devices installed on pipelines, gas ducts and chimneys.

The SOLER FLOW 150 flow meters are based on Bernoulli's equation for continuous gas flows. The pressure difference that arises in the total and static pressure receiver (probe), which is inserted into the pipeline, is proportional to the square of the gas flow velocity.
To determine the normal volume flow rate and gas volume, a conversion based on gas density is used by entering the conditionally constant values of the gas composition into the electronic unit.
The electronic unit has a built-in touchscreen LCD display and keyboard for setting, programming, and displaying the current mass (volume) flow rate and mass (volume) of gas. The measurement information is processed and displayed using a microprocessor device that collects and processes information from the flow meter based on measurement information received from differential pressure, absolute pressure, and gas temperature and density transducers under standard conditions.
The scope of application of flow meters includes automatic systems for monitoring, regulating and controlling technological processes (at facilities in the petrochemical, chemical, oil refining, nuclear and other industries).
The flow meter provides:
- generation of a unified current signal in the range of 4-20 mA,
proportional to the measured flow rate;
- generation of a digital signal in the RS-485 interface standard, Modbus
RTU protocol, and output of measurement results;
- display of measurement results on an LCD indicator;
The flow meter complies with
protection class IP65 or higher according to GOST 14254-2015 against the ingress of foreign solid objects and water.
Flow meters are designed to measure the volumetric flow rate of gas in automatic control, regulation and management systems for technological processes in various industries, as well as in technological and commercial accounting systems, in accordance with the requirements of GOST 8.361 "Liquid and gas flow.
