Service of gas analytical complexes
The Promanalit Group highly appreciates the reliability and uninterrupted operation of the equipment we produce. Timely maintenance of measuring instruments, and in particular gas analyzers, is the key to their long-term reliable operation. Without fail, when installing AIIS, our specialists conduct training for the Customer's maintenance personnel on working with AIIS SGK-510, in addition, the set of technical documentation includes a document regulating the procedure for replacing the spare parts and accessories required for the operation of AIMS.
More than 91% of our Customers enter into maintenance and periodic verification agreements with us. Part of the Promanalit engineering team is a service department whose main task is the maintenance of environmental gas analysis systems supplied by us, as well as systems from other manufacturers.
Service engineers, at the request of the Customer, carry out annual / quarterly or monthly visits to the facility for maintenance and verification of the SGK-510. Verification is carried out by our own verification laboratory. Gas analyzers are verified without the need for dismantling using our PGS.
Maintenance work is carried out in the following order:
- diagnosing the state of the System, determining the scope of the necessary work;
- coordination with the Customer of the scope of work performed;
- performance of work;
- verification.
We guarantee our customers the high quality of the work performed and positive results when the instruments pass the subsequent periodic state verification.
