Seminar-training "basics of lean production"

On June 6-7, employees of LLP "Promanalit" took place a training seminar "Fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing", which was conducted by the consulting group "Lin Consult" Russia. Novosibirsk, Moscow.
In the process of passing the training seminar, we studied the concepts and tools of lean production, production organization systems, learned how to properly distribute the amount of work, and learned how to properly implement the lean production system in work.
In the gameplay, we understood the advantages and risks of this method of organizing production compared to the classical one.
