Polar
Portable small-sized multi-component gas analyzer "Polar" is designed to determine the content of pollutants in industrial emissions of fuel-burning installations during environmental control (state and industrial) or technological adjustment of installations in order to optimize the combustion process of fuel at enterprises of oil and gas production, oil and gas processing and other industries.

The gas analyzer "Polar" is a portable multifunctional multicomponent device equipped with means for sampling and sample preparation for analysis.
Structurally, the Polar gas analyzer is made in a durable plastic case, on the front panel of which there is a display, a keyboard and all switching connectors and fittings. Measurement information is displayed on a backlit LCD graphic display. The power supply of the gas analyzer can be carried out both from the built-in rechargeable battery and from the AC mains 220 V/50 Hz. Sampling is performed using the built-in sampling pump.
The principle of operation of the gas analyzer is based on the use of a set of electrochemical and optical sensors for measuring the content of gas components of the analyzed sample, a thermoelectric converter (thermocouple) of the “K” type for measuring the temperature of the gas flow, a differential semiconductor sensor for measuring excess pressure (vacuum) and complete with a pneumometric pressure tube type Pitot or NIIOGAZ to determine the velocity and volume flow of the gas flow.
Gas analyzers "Polar" are produced in four basic modifications - "Polar", "Polar T", "Polar Ex" and "Polar Ex T", differing from each other in the temperature range of operation:
- modifications "Polar" and "Polar Ex" - from 0 ° С to 45 ° С;
- modifications "Polar T" and "Polar Ex T" - from minus 40 °С to plus 45 °С;
and execution of the device in terms of explosion protection:
- modifications "Polar" and "Polar T" - ordinary;
- modifications "Polar Ex" and "Polar Ex T" - explosion-proof.
Gas analyzers "Polar" are produced in several standard versions, differing from each other in the list of determined components and measurement ranges.
Notes:
- The execution of the device according to the list of components to be determined and measurement ranges is agreed with each specific customer at the stage of placing an order, depending on the characteristics of its measuring tasks.
- If the standard versions do not meet the requirements for the device, it is possible to manufacture special versions of the gas analyzer.
- During the operation of gas analyzers during the service maintenance and calibration of the devices at the manufacturer, it is possible to change the design of the gas analyzer by additional installation (dismantling) of measuring sensors and recalibration of the device for gas mixtures with a change in measurement ranges.
