SGC - 101M ‘SOLER’

Stationary oxygen gas analyser SGK-101M ‘Soler’ is designed for continuous measurement of volumetric oxygen content in flue gases of fuel-burning units (furnaces, boilers, etc.) and data transmission to recording devices in the form of current signal and to the operator's workstation via RS-485 channel. This is an effective system of control over economical combustion of any type of fuel.

The measurement principle is based on the measurement of the EMF of the solid electrolyte cell of the sensor. The EMF value is proportional to the difference of partial pressures of oxygen in the analysed gas mixture and in the atmosphere.

The gas analyser consists of an immersion probe with a sensor and a measuring unit.

The submerged probe with a flange-mounted sensor is installed on the flue of the fuel dispenser and connected to the measuring unit by a signal cable.

The measuring unit processes the sensor signals, controls its operability, thermostabilises the sensor measuring cell, displays the oxygen concentration on the LED indicator and transmits the data to the recording devices (recorders) in the form of an analogue current signal and to a personal computer via RS485 interface.
