Promanalit LLP supplies complex solutions (ACM) of
control and water quality monitoring to solve the tasks of environmental monitoring, control of
technological processes and detection of violations of the requirements to the discharge of
production wastewater by industrial enterprises.
ACM allows to carry out:
- Continuous automatic measurement, by way of immersion in flowing
liquid (flowing medium) or through a flow cell, of quality indicators.
(temperature, pH, conductivity, turbidity) in treated wastewater of
industrial enterprises.
- Signalling of unauthorised discharges into wastewater disposal systems;
- Timely recognition of various anomalies and warn about it
maintenance (controlling) personnel;
- Automatic archiving of the read parameters.
Field of application: water treatment and water supply enterprises (shops), thermal power plants,
GRES, chemical and metallurgical industries, ecological monitoring, etc. The automated monitoring system is used in a wide range of applications.
The automated monitoring system is a multi-channel,
multifunctional automatic measuring instrument, which does not require the constant presence of service personnel during
operation. .
The operating principle of the system is based on registration and processing of electrical
signals coming from the following measuring sensors: pH, temperature,
turbidity and electrical conductivity of wastewater.
The operating range of the measured quality indicators can be varied and
output in different measurement units.
The measurement results from the measuring sensors are transmitted to the analyser
complex for conversion and processing of the signals received from the sensors.
The system provides liquid analysers with power supply, the results
of measured concentrations are output to the operator's ARM via B$-485 interface. At
the ARM software is built on the basis of standard OPC-server and
provides compatibility in data exchange with other ZSARA-programmes
(ACS systems).
ACM corresponds to GOST 22729-84 and refers to stationary industrial
automatic liquid analysers. Depending on the time of establishment of
output signal AFM ‘Potok’ belongs to group I-1, on the time of warm-up - to
group P-2, on the permissible angle of inclination - to group NZ.
AFM corresponds to GOST 12997-84, by operating conditions analysers
belongs to groups B4, P1, 3.
In terms of protection against environmental impact ASM corresponds to the degree of
protection 1P65 according to GOST 14254-96.
