monitoring industrial elections
The environmental monitoring system, designed for industrial enterprises and environmental laboratories, is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of each Customer
At the same time, we guarantee full compliance with the requirements:
Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2021 № 400-VI
Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" of January 10, 2002 N 7-FZ
Automated Air Emissions Monitoring Stations
Automated monitoring systems are used for continuous monitoring of pollutants emitted into the atmosphere from industrial sources. The equipment is mounted directly on flue ducts and chimneys, ensuring automatic data collection without the need for manual sampling.
The SGK-510 “SOLER” is an automated system for monitoring and recording industrial emissions. The system’s configuration is developed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the technological process, source characteristics, the list of monitored substances, and project requirements.
Purpose of the System
The SGK-510 “SOLER” system is used at combined heat and power plants, in boiler rooms, and at industrial facilities with stationary emission sources to address two key tasks:
- environmental monitoring—continuous measurement of the composition, volume, and mass of emissions;
- process monitoring—tracking gas flow parameters and equipment operation.

How the configuration is selected
Customizing an automatic air quality monitoring station allows you to include in the system only those devices and functions that are necessary for a specific facility, without any unnecessary equipment.
When developing a solution, the following factors are taken into account:
- source characteristics—facility type, flue diameter, and flue design;
- environmental parameters—temperature, pressure, humidity, and gas flow rate;
- chemical composition—list and estimated concentrations of pollutants;
- operating conditions—requirements for equipment placement, data storage, display, and transmission.
Compliance with the Requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The SGK-510 “SOLER” system can be equipped with approved measuring instruments listed in the Register of the State System for Ensuring Measurement Uniformity of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Metrological characteristics, data transmission methods, and the documentation package are determined in accordance with the project requirements.
Data for calculating the cost
To prepare a technical and commercial proposal, Promanalit’s specialists will need:
- information about the emission source and the flue design;
- gas flow parameters;
- a list of regulated substances.
Based on this data, a configuration of the air quality monitoring station will be determined for the specific facility.
