• comprehensive information and analytical support for the process of monitoring the standards for maximum allowable emissions into the atmosphere by monitoring the concentrations of sulfur-containing components in the analyzed gas;
• control of the technological process modes of the equipment;
• displaying the status of the measured values in real time;
• maintaining archives on the status of the measured values;
• calculation of the sum of the mass of each measured component for an arbitrary period.

• automatic measurement of controlled parameters and control of the measuring process;
• storage in memory of measurement results for the required period of work;
• automatic transmission of measurement results via communication channels;
• remote monitoring of the technical condition of equipment, fire hazard and station opening;
• Autonomy of work not less than 30 days.

The gas analysis complex is manufactured using gas analyzers of foreign and Russian production and includes:

• gas analysis cabinet
• Sample transportation lines
• Sample preparation unit;
• Density measurement unit;
• industrial chromatograph MAXUM edition II;
• block of receiving and transmitting data;
• Stationary gas analyzers;
•    software.


The measuring instruments included in the Information and Measuring System are certified and entered in the state register of measuring instruments.


The gas analytical complex allows to measure with high accuracy the content of substances in the atmospheric air:

• hydrogen sulfide H2S;
• carbon oxide-sulfide COS;
• carbon sulfide CS2;
• ethyl-methyl mercaptans;


Depending on the specific tasks of the Customer, gas analysis equipment can be supplied to measure a wider range of pollutants.

The complex for collecting and processing data is implemented on the basis of an industrial computer placed in a rack with a gas analytical complex.


All information collected and processed on the controller is transferred to the SCADA system installed at the Operator's automated workstation (AWS) and ensuring the following tasks:

• displaying the current values ​​of the concentrations of sulfur-containing components and other information characterizing the operation of the IMS on the AWS screen;
• Collection and archiving of data, presentation of data on the monitor in tabular and graphical form. The content of tables and graphs is easily adjusted by the operator;
• control over the state of the main modules and the process of work of the IIS with the help of operational windows of the states of subsystems;
• maintaining an operational technological archive containing a list of all the main fixed parameters, executed commands and a table of numerical parameters of the System state at each moment of measurement.


The storage period for archived information is at least 5 years.


• ambient air temperature: from minus 50 °С to + 50 °С;
• Relative humidity: up to 100% over the entire temperature range;
• Pressure: from 680 to 800 mm. Hg;
• wind speed: up to 30 m/s;
• Exposure to rain and snow.
